Job Description

  • Drive business growth by identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities from external clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, brands, advertising agencies, event organizers, media partners, and government organizations.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Generate qualified leads through networking, market research, referrals, and business meetings.
  • Prepare persuasive proposals, presentations, quotations, and contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Production, Marketing, and Operations teams to deliver outstanding client solutions.
  • Explore sponsorships, strategic partnerships, and collaboration opportunities to expand the company's portfolio.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new revenue streams.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or Marketing.
  • Proven track record of achieving targets and acquiring new business.
  • Experience in production, entertainment, media, advertising, events, or creative industries is highly preferred.
  • Excellent networking, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and convert business opportunities.
  • Willing to travel for client meetings, networking events, and business opportunities.
