Job Summary

This is a strategic role in account management that will primarily involve building client relationships through regular, proactive and value-added communication, driving account strategy, develop best-in-class digital marketing solutions.

Job Description

  • Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Provide consultation, strategy, and media plans for advertisers based on their business objectives
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
  • Analyze campaign performance data to offer clients data-driven business insights and simultaneously use those insights to improve our advertising offerings
  • Analyze past campaigns performance and finding common trends to build best practice
  • Lead the custom content campaigns to ensure assets are distributed and delivered timely
  • Kick-off campaigns with clients and manage all timelines, assets and opportunities for optimization
  • Serve as an external product consultant educating clients and agencies on product solutions and best practices, and ultimately grow existing business partnerships

Job Requirements

  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience (working with cross-functional teams is a plus)
  • A solid understanding of the dynamic interactive marketing industry (marketing principles, web development, measurement and analytics, internet technology, content strategy, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen are a must along with the ability to be detail- and deadline-oriented while managing multiple projects
  • Experience strategizing, planning & managing branding campaigns
  • Advanced communication (written and verbal), organizational, and problem solving skills
