Direct distribution of product or service. Develop and follow up on business leads. Arrange the respective tenders and others. Assign sales territories to set sales goals, and establish training programs for the organization’s sales representatives. Sourcing for the new product and reliable suppliers. Advise the sales representatives on ways to improve their sales performance. Oversee regional and local sales managers and their staff. Maintain contact with dealers and distributors. Analyze sales statistics gathered by their staff to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and to monitor customers' preferences. Arrange the knowledge for products and sales training. Travel to different locations to make sales calls and arrange for travel. Attend and preside over sales meetings. Maintain reports. Generate numbers for the company to determine if sales goals have been met.

M.B.B.S(more preferable) (5 years’ Experience in Medical device trading) Under 40 years old Good personality & good looking An excellent relationship with relative fields. (Medical & Hospital Environment) Be able to do trips in the whole of Myanmar. Be Healthy and interesting in serving Job. Good cooperation and communication skills Ability to prioritize activities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Strong problem diagnosis and resolving skills, developing options, and implementing solutions Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), internet, and email Driving license (more preference)
