Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Recruit, train, and develop new agency leaders and agents to expand the distribution network.
  • Monitor agency sales performance and provide ongoing coaching to improve productivity.
  • Ensure agency leaders and agents achieve their individual and team business targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with agency force, providing support and guidance to sustain long-term growth.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and insurance regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, recruitment progress, and agency activities.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Training, Operations, Marketing, etc.) to support agency needs.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in sales, agency development, or distribution management (preferably in insurance or financial services).
  • Strong leadership, people management, and coaching skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
