Market Analysis:

Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for franchise growth and expansion in different regions.

Target Setting & Sales:

Establish sales and growth objectives, work closely with internal stakeholders to drive performance, and maximize franchise sales.

Franchise Expansion:

Develop strategic plans to meet franchise recruitment targets by identifying and attracting potential franchise owners.

Franchise Owner Engagement:

Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees by providing guidance, support, and consistent communication throughout the franchise journey.

Sales Data Analysis:

Conduct deep-dive analysis into sales data (historical and current) to identify trends, patterns, and variances in revenue, profitability, and customer behavior.

Account Management:

Oversee the entire franchise process from account opening, negotiations, contract signing, and business launch.

After-Sales Support Management:

Provide ongoing support to franchisees, addressing operational issues or concerns to ensure their business success and satisfaction.

Operational Guidance: Work closely with franchisees to help them align with brand standards, including operations, marketing, and financial performance.

Reporting & Performance Monitoring:

Track and report on franchise performance, providing regular updates to management on franchise recruitment and sales targets.

Team Coaching:

Ensuring the team has a clear, shared vision, mission, goals, and that individual roles are aligned with the team's objectives.

Problem Solving:

Handle a variety of internal and external challenges, including customer complaints, inventory management issues, system errors, and team management conflicts by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth business.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

  • 3+ years sales experience in franchise development, sales, or business development (experience in food and beverage, especially in QSR, is a plus).

  • Age between (30-38) years old.
  • Able to plan strategies, achieve targets, and manage a sales team.

  • Proficient in MS Office; CRM knowledge is a plus.

  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to travel when needed.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Experience in providing post-sales operational support is preferred.
  • Ability to travel as planned for regional market development.
