Graduated person
Fluent in 4 skills of English (Reading, Writing, Speaking, Listening)
Must have knowledge how to answer the calls to get customer satisfaction on every call
Good Communication skill
Good Tone of voice
Good in typing and multitasking (Unicode and Zawgyi)
