Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Work with supply chain function head and SBP on both yearly (EBP) and long range (LRP) manufacturing & QSE associates function skills and soft skills development strategy and execution plan, including training cost BP. Support SCD on end-to-end SC productivity improvement strategy.
  • Work with SC function manager and HR team, leverage both internal and external resource to execute manufacturing & QSE training planning by monthly basis, including pre-training assessment, training effectiveness assessment, remedial training and individual tailor ordered training plan. Update monthly training cost RE. Introduce and implement new training way and technology, such as online virtual training, VR/AR, metaverse, etc. Support other capability projects, such as manufacturing new line VSU, QC basic test transfer, etc.
  • Drive OE, WCM, Kaizen and EDGE tools usage in manufacturing & QSE, such as DMAIC, Root Cause Analysis, SPC, 6S, Visualizations, etc. Drive 8 waste elimination and continuous improvement culture in manufacturing and QSE organization. Work with BIG SC COE to implement any BIG lead capability building and productivity projects. Share CCPBM manufacturing and QSE capability building and productivity improvement best practice and duplicate other bottlers best practice in CCPBM.
  • Support SC director, manufacturing head and QSE head on QSPEC and productivity project implementation and monitoring. Participate in manufacturing QSPEC improvement and all productivity improvement projects in manufacturing and QSE, prepare yearly projects business planning, monitor project progress, prepare monthly and yearly QSPEC and productivity report. Work with procurement team on joint productivity improvement projects. Work with SC finance BP on all projects saving and share all productivity projects update with BIG SC COE, BIG finance, OU productivity team by monthly basis. "Plant 100" project facilitator. Support manufacturing analysis on monthly manufacturing CPC analysis.
  • Work with SC director, manufacturing and QSE head and IT on digitalization and Industry 4.0 solution, including Line View, QS Infinity, Power BI, QR code traceability, etc. Provide professional consultancy on manufacturing new high-speed line, quality new test equipment, green field design, etc.
  • Develop capability led to be ready in pipeline, and support company other talent program from manufacturing and QSE side, for instance, next generation leaders’ program.
  • End to end training planning, including pre-assessment, tailor ordered training planning, training engagement, training feedback and effectiveness assessment, refresh/reinforcement/remedial training, focus on training quality and effectiveness improvement. Significant manufacturing and QSE associate’s mindset and behavior and upskill. Overcome "Dual Crisis" to deliver the training successfully and safely.
  • Build continuous improvement culture in manufacturing and QSE through OE, WCM, EDGE, Kaizen driven, significant improvement on RCA and CAP.
  • Drive sustainable productivity improvement across manufacturing and QSE, via capability improvement, BIG and other bottler best practice sharing, new technology implementation, process/procedure streamline, big data analysis and data driven decision.
  • Facilitate manufacturing and QSE digitalization transformation, integrate resource and embrace the challenging in Myanmar.

Job Requirements

  • Min 3-4 years' experience supply chain operation and training, prefer F&B industry.
  • University/ Bachelor’s Degree.
  • End to end supply chain understanding and knowledge, including manufacturing, logistic, QSE compliance.
  • Good OE knowledge and skills. Deep understanding on OE methodology and tools.
  • Good training skills, especially on front line associates.
  • Good internal and external communication skills.
  • Good knowledge on digital supply chain, smart factory.
  • Good skills on wide use software, such as Power BI, google forms, QR code, etc.
  • Good team worker be agile and continuously improvement mindset
