• Lead and manage LSP teams across multiple cities.
• Supervise FTTH installation and maintenance teams to ensure quality service delivery.
• Monitor and analyze service tickets, identify root causes, and drive timely resolution.
• Manage field operations, workforce planning, and team performance.
• Oversee fiber materials, tools, and inventory to ensure effective utilization and cost control.
• Coordinate with internal teams to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare operational reports, analyze performance metrics, and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety requirements, and service-level commitments.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, IT, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience managing LSP operations and managing FTTH deployment or maintenance operations.
• Proven experience leading field engineering teams and managing technicians.
• Strong knowledge of fiber optic networks, FTTH operations, and service restoration processes.
• Experience using ticket management systems and analyzing operational performance.
• Strong leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
