Job Purpose:
To lead overall telecom operations, ensuring network excellence, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and sustainable revenue growth aligned with corporate strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee network operations, infrastructure, and service delivery

  • Drive operational strategy, KPIs, and performance improvement

  • Manage operational budget, cost control, and P&L performance

  • Ensure regulatory compliance and stakeholder engagement

  • Lead cross-functional teams and foster high-performance culture

  • Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred)
