Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

Provide input in decision-making as one of the Executive committee members;
Work as a Chairman risk committee and support Internal Audit committee to make risk-related decisions and report to CEO and BOD;
Work closely with CEO and BOD to align with Risk appetite and meet the target ratios;
Develop short-, medium-, and long-term risk management strategies, systems, policies, and procedures in line with the company’s strategy, informed by analysis of traditional and non-traditional data sources;
Develop and maintain data-driven, automated, adaptive credit scoring system;
Independently advise on appropriate risk measurement methodologies and effectively convey risk to key stakeholders within the organization;
Work closely with all internal teams to identify key risk metrics;
Create, maintain, and enhance risk detection and monitoring systems;
Partner with the Technology Team to continuously improve data capture and visualization tools for risk monitoring;
Report and resolve risk management deficiencies in a timely manner;
Communicate with key stakeholders for the risk profile of the business;
Collaborate with C-suite members on CEO assigned work

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or Finance or related experience. Master’s Degree holder are highly preferred;
Solid proven working experience of risk management background in financial institutions and must have 7 years of experience in senior management level.
Extensive knowledge of enterprise, market and credit risk, operational, governance, and information security
Able to identify potential risk and develop strategies to address them.
Able to assess the effectiveness of the organization’s risk management strategies and make adjustment when necessary.
Extensive knowledge and comprehension of risk policies and procedures;
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Burmese.
Strong collaboration and team building skills.
Organized, detail oriented, and ability to work independently
Ability to work under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines
Ability to protect and maintain confidential information.
