Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

This role holder will handle the SME Portfolio & analyse the SME PL & NPL loan accounts. He will handle the maximum amount 1 Billion of OD, SME, Terms loan, Two Step Loan and Normal Loan accounts & put more effort to get more Collected Amount. He will report New Assign, Total delinquent accounts & Total NPL account to VCGM, DVCGM & MDY Head daily.

  • Controlling the employees together with Head of Collection (MDY)
  • Monitoring the Collectors’ Assign
  • Solve the Error Accounts in Collectors’ Assign
  • Making effort on PL & NPL Accounts to get more PTP & Collected Amount
  • Focusing on reduction of NPL Accounts
  • Changing Queue of Legal Case Accounts
  • Checking the Collected Accounts daily
  • Forecasting monthly for Total Collected Amount & Total NPL Collected Amount in a month
  • Contacting to the Branches if necessary
  • Solve the Customers’ complaint & Contact to the Delinquent Customers if necessary.
  • During WFH/WFO time, call the meeting for Attendance meeting & Sharing meeting to share Process flow & Targets with the employees
  • Leads and effectively executes the Value Centre’s business plans for structuring highly relevant and innovative financial solutions to deepen account adoption and to reach more customers at lower cost, in line with the overall bank’s strategy of driving nation-wide financial inclusion
  • Ensure that all billings and statements are sent out timely
  • Ensure that all customers payments are captured and accurately and all auto debit payments are processed on time.
  • Manage and track each team member performance and ensure that they are comply to bank’s policy while carrying out their duties
  • Manage and ensure that the team member follow the Collection Policy and process and timely issuance of Collection letters and Legal Notice of Demand
  • Identifies areas of the collection process that need improvement and implements an enhanced process that will help collectors be more effective
  • Tracks the rate of success of the entire process and continues to make adjustments when necessary
  • Follow up on Legal Action with clients.
  • Strictly comply with the regulations of the Central Bank of Myanmar at all times.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in
  • Finance or related field 
  • Good communication skills in order for the incumbent to accurately obtain, interpret and transcribe a variety of communications and instructions.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office application is required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to adjust and interact with all levels of personnel.
  • Incumbent must be multi- task oriented, organized, have ability to set priorities and meet deadlines and take pride in one’s work.
  • 3 year working experience in related industry
