Job Summary

The Compensation & Benefits Executive is responsible for managing and executing payroll operations and benefits administration efficiently and accurately. This role ensures compliance with Myanmar Labour Law while supporting employee satisfaction through timely and accurate compensation processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for 500+ employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Maintain and update payroll records, including salaries, allowances, deductions, and statutory contributions
  • Ensure compliance with Myanmar Labour Law and internal company policies
  • Handle payroll-related queries and provide timely support to employees
  • Coordinate with Finance for payroll reconciliation and reporting
  • Administer employee benefits such as leave, insurance, and other entitlements
  • Prepare payroll reports, analysis, and HR metrics as required
  • Support annual salary review, bonus calculation, and increment processes
  • Ensure confidentiality of employee compensation data
  • Continuously improve payroll processes for efficiency and accuracy

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in payroll computation for 500+ employees
  • Advanced MS Excel skills (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
  • Strong knowledge of Myanmar Labour Law
  • Experience with payroll systems or HRIS is an advantage
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Able to manage high-volume payroll processing in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Service-oriented mindset with good communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
