  • Manage monthly payroll processing accurately and on time
  • Handle compensation and benefits administration (allowances, insurance, etc.)
  • Maintain employee records related to salary and benefits
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Prepare HR reports (payroll, headcount)
  • Support performance review and salary review processes

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in payroll or C&B ( HR System )
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and payroll processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
