Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

· Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality

· Calculate and administer salary income tax, SSB contributions, and other statutory deductions in compliance with local regulations

· Ensure full compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and social security requirements

· Prepare and submit statutory reports to relevant government bodies (SSB, tax office, etc.)

· Maintain strong coordination and professional relationships with government authorities for smooth reporting and compliance processes

· Develop and maintain payroll records, reports, and dashboards using advanced Excel tools

· Monitor employee benefits administration (leave, insurance, allowances, etc.)

· Conduct periodic audits of payroll and benefits data to ensure accuracy and compliance

· Provide reports to Head of Department cost analysis, and workforce data

· Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure alignment on compensation policies and practices

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or Any Bachelor’s degree with Diploma in related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on Payroll & Benefits Administration
  • Strong hands-on experience in payroll processing, salary tax calculation, and SSB contributions
  • Solid understanding of employment laws, tax regulations, and HR compliance frameworks
  • Proven experience in dealing with SSB and tax offices, including reporting and submissions
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
  • High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
