A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  • Assist in developing Compliance Monitoring program in line with Regulatory Compliance Framework and its Implementation
  • Assist to coordinate with all Business units, and provide support in data collection and verification related to Compliance Monitoring
  • Escalate and provide Feedback on identified Areas of Improvement to comply with Laws and Regulations
  • Participate in Branch Monitoring Visits and prepare Reports based on findings 
  • Assist in all major regulatory projects that have a business impact

Job Requirements

  • Minimum education requirement; Bachelor’s in Business Studies, Management, Banking or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of knowledge and experience in banking or other financial services organizations within a regulated environment 
  • Excellent in negotiation, analytical and critical thinking 
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills in both English and Myanmar 
  • Ability to make plans, develop and deliver results  
  •  Be a team player and sustain a positive team atmosphere
  • Excellent organizational skills and results orientation
  • Assist line Manager with projects and priorities as required
  • Assist to create comprehensive and accurate reports on findings that can be understood by all levels from operational to strategic including the board 
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills in both English and Myanmar  
  • Business Proficiency in English and Report Writing is a plus.
