Chinese Corporate Client Management

• Manage and maintain relationships with Chinese-speaking corporate clients, factory owners, and business decision-makers, and follow up regularly with clients.
• Understand clients’ business operations and insurance needs.
• Support and translate Chinese-language communication between clients and EFI.

Renewal Management

• Track upcoming policy renewals and ensure timely follow-up with clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to prepare renewal quotations and documents.
• Reduce missed policy renewals and improve client retention by maintaining accurate renewal records and ensuring timely follow-up with clients.

New Business Development

• Follow up on new business opportunities from Chinese companies in Myanmar.
• Promote suitable insurance products such as Fire, Motor, Marine, PA, Employee Benefits, and other corporate insurance solutions.
• Support management in expanding EFI’s Chinese corporate business portfolio.

Internal Coordination

• Coordinate quotation requests, policy issuance, claims updates, document collection, and client servicing matters.

Pipeline and Reporting

• Maintain an updated list of Chinese corporate clients, prospects, renewals, quotations, and pending cases.
• Prepare regular business pipeline and follow-up reports for management.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in corporate sales, business development, banking, insurance, or related industries. Insurance experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Fluent spoken Mandarin is required. The ability to read and write Chinese is strongly preferred, and English communication skills are an advantage.
• Experience dealing with Chinese companies, factory owners, or corporate clients will be a strong advantage.
• Strong follow-up discipline with good organizational skills and time management skills.
• Confident in communication with business owners and senior decision-makers.
• Responsible, proactive, and business-minded, and able to coordinate with different internal departments.
• Able to protect company interests while maintaining good client relationships.
