  • Sales/Schedule, Training, VOC, Finance/Insurance/Docs, Delivery, AR, Marketing
  • Daily/Weekly/Market Reports, HMC docs
  • Factory (delivery/quality), Finance (doc verification)
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve company sales targets
  • Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
  • Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and monitor performance against targets
  • Ensure that sales activities comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • 5–8 years of experience in Sales, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial position
  • Proven leadership
  • Strong in AR & finance / VOC handling
  • Fluent English or Korean
  • Experience in the automotive industry is preferred
