Job Description

  • Oversee attendance and leave records through HR software, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
  • Resolve discrepancies in attendance data by collaborating with corporate and business unit HR teams.
  • Generate real-time attendance reports for payroll processing and management insights.
  • Use HR software to calculate and process monthly payroll for employees across corporate and business units.
  • Accurately update employment status changes, such as new hires, terminations, transfers, and promotions, in the system.
  • Ensure payroll calculations adhere to company policies and statutory regulations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely disbursement of bonuses based on employee performance and company guidelines.
  • Utilize HR software reporting tools to develop dashboards tracking headcount, payroll costs, absenteeism, and other metrics.
  • Generate monthly HR reports directly from HR software, covering payroll summaries, attendance trends, and variance analysis.
  • Ensure payroll processes comply with labor laws, tax regulations, and internal audit requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Diploma in Human Resources Management or related field
  •  Proficiency in HR Software
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills (Pivot Tables, Formulas)
  •  Knowledge of labor laws, tax compliance, and statutory regulations.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure
