Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Act as the main contact for customers regarding vehicle purchases, after-sales services, and inquiries.
  • Address customer complaints and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
  • Manager customer feedback and implement service improvement strategies.
  • Coordinate with the sales, service, and parts departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
  • Follow up with customers on service appointments, warranty claims, and satisfaction surveys.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.

Job Requirements

  • Preferred age between 25~30 (Female) with any bachelor degree.
  • Mechanical or Mechatronic, AGTI or YTU Graduates are preferred.
  • Above 1 year experience in engineering field is a must.
  • Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or automotive-related role.
  • A proactive person with positive attitude and strong collaboration skills.
  • Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage difficult situations professionally and empathetically.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Knowledge of Automotive products, warranty policies, and service processes is preferred.
