Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

Assist the Head of Marketing, Retail Cluster, in the following areas:

Contributes to the formulation and development of annual marketing plan & strategies.
Plan A&P Expenses for the year in relation to marketing plans and programs.
Monitor A&P Expenses against budget on a monthly basis.
Supervise weekly Social Media content (e.g. Facebook) as well as daily posting and monitoring of content from Marketing Executive.
Work with IDG and Finance to Post-evaluate all marketing campaigns and promotions no later than 1 month after promotion end.
Supervise and provide direction for product shooting for mailer (as well as F&B where relevant).
Ensure monthly mailer or other program is executed as per brief and on time.
Coordinate with mall manager for brand sponsorship or campaigns.
Coordinate with directors and producers on Radio / TVC production and provide local insights as and when required.
Lead marketing events by providing leadership to all relevant parties.
Provide leadership to in-house designers for creation of marketing /brand communication materials.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree.
Possess at least 4-5 years of experience in Marketing. Prefer experience in Retail industry.
Diploma or Certificate in related field is preferred
Must have strong written and oral communication skills in both Myanmar and English language
Must be able to use Microsoft Office.
