Manage architectural design activities from concept design through detailed design, authority approvals, and construction stages.

Coordinate and manage external architectural consultants, master planners, and specialist designers.

Review, control, and approve architectural drawings, BIM models, design reports, and specifications.

Collaborate with engineering, cost, construction, and project management teams to ensure design coordination, constructability, and cost optimization.

Monitor and manage design schedules, deliverables, and consultant performance.

Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, planning conditions, building codes, and statutory approvals.

Lead design reviews, technical workshops, and value engineering exercises while safeguarding design intent.

Identify, manage, and mitigate design risks, clashes, and changes.

Support feasibility studies, concept evaluations, and development optimization.

Participate in authority meetings, consultant workshops, and internal stakeholder presentations.

Maintain design documentation control, change management, and quality assurance processes.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.

Professional architectural registration/licensure preferred.

7–12+ years of experience in architectural design, with strong exposure to design management roles.

Proven experience working with real estate developers and managing multiple design consultants.

Experience delivering residential, commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use developments.

Strong knowledge of BIM workflows, design coordination, and drawing standards.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and design coordination platforms.
