•  Lead the design and execution of organizational development strategies aligned with the company's vision and long-term goals.
•  Support top management in strategic planning, change management, and organizational restructuring.
•  Identify capability gaps and lead workforce transformation initiatives.
•  Work closely with department heads to implement performance management, leadership development, and succession planning systems.
•  Act as a strategic advisor to the leadership team on organizational alignment and cultural change.
•  Monitor external trends and internal metrics to continuously improve organizational effectiveness.

Job Requirements

•  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, HR, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
•  Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Organizational Development, Strategic HR, or related leadership roles.
•  Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to connect people strategy with business strategy.
•  Must be able to adapt quickly, understand the business context fast, and deliver with urgency.
•  Proven experience in leading change management and large-scale organizational initiatives.
•  Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
•  Must demonstrate a high level of commitment, ownership, and leadership integrity.
