Job Description

  • Coaching and Development of DDMs
  • Provide consistent coaching and mentoring to DDMs, helping them improve in leadership, operational management, and staff development.
  • Regularly review DDM performance and store KPIs, offering feedback and guidance on areas of improvement.
  • Support DDMs in developing SSRs into high-performing team members, ensuring future leadership potential.
  • Lead training initiatives and workshops for DDMs focused on enhancing store operational performance and customer satisfaction.  
  • Monitor and analyze district sales reports and financial performances (SALE, STOCKS, GP, OPEX, LOSS CONTROL), guiding DDMs to implementing actions for revenue growth and cost management.
  • Ensure DDMs are effectively driving store performance by overseeing daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Monthly Oversee district-wide compliance with all operational policies, company SOPs, and legal regulations in each store (CASH, STOCK LOSS, STORE RISKS).
  • Conduct regular audits (monthly) of stores to ensure adherence to company standards, including shrinkage management, cash control, and inventory accuracy (Quarterly).
  • Ensure the district maintains a high standard of service excellence, aligning with company goals for customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct quarterly performance reviews with DDMs, setting clear development plans and KPIs.
  • Frequently (2-3time/month) Conduct Regular store visits at night time (between 6pm-8pm).
  • Ensure that Set Budgeted numbers are achieved (yearly financial Shrinkage Budgets)
  • Oversee district-wide inventory management, ensuring all stores implement proper stock control procedures such as FIFO and shrinkage reduction.
  • Implement and monitor risk control strategies for stores in collaboration with DDMs and RISK prevention team to prevent stock loss, theft, or damage.
  • Oversee district-level risk assessments, ensuring proper action plans along with RISK & COMPLIANCE team are in place to mitigate potential risks.
  • Review and consolidate reports from DDMs regarding sales, operational issues, staff performance, and stock control.
  • Present district performance reports to senior management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure all financial documentation, such as cash deposits and sales reports, are submitted on time and in compliance with company policies.
  • Have to focus on Strategic District Management, Sales Performance & Target Achievement, Operational Excellence & Compliance, Customer Service & Satisfaction, Staff Management & Development, Inventory & Stock Control, Risk Management & Compliance, Reporting & Documentation

Job Requirements

  • Any graduate, and retail background will be advantage
  • Minimum 3 or 4 years of experience in related field,
  • Good communication skills, problem solving skills and negotiation skills
  • Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Must be willing to work shifts/flexible to work overtime as often as required
  • Honesty, Hardworking and Good Team Leader
