Job Description

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed divisional sales targets.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Motivate and guide the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales goals.
  • Develop initiatives to increase Armo’s market share in the assigned division.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to promote Armo products through field demos and local events.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing dealers to ensure loyalty and high performance.
  • Conduct regular field visits to support team members and resolve issues in the market.
  • Set performance KPIs and provide coaching for continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in agricultural sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned division.
