Health, Safety & Compliance

• Comply with all company Health, Safety, Environment (HSE), Food Safety and Hygiene requirements.
• Ensure full compliance with Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO), Permit to Work (PTW), Electrical Safety Rules and PPE requirements.
• Conduct electrical risk assessments and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with Myanmar Electrical Regulations and factory safety procedures.
• Support emergency response and fire protection systems including fire pumps, fire alarm systems and firefighting equipment.

Electrical Power System Management

• Operate, inspect and maintain High Voltage (HV) and Low Voltage (LV) electrical systems.
• Maintain substations, transformers, switchgear, RMU, VCB, MCC, MCCB, ACB and ATS panels.
• Monitor transformer loading, voltage balance and power quality.
• Ensure uninterrupted electrical power distribution across production and utility facilities.

Preventive & Corrective Maintenance

• Develop and implement Preventive Maintenance (PM), Predictive Maintenance (PdM), Corrective Maintenance and Breakdown Maintenance programs.
• Execute scheduled maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability and plant availability.
• Analyze equipment failures and recommend long-term corrective actions.
• Maintain maintenance history and equipment records through CMMS or maintenance systems.

Electrical Troubleshooting

• Troubleshoot electrical faults, motor failures, relay trips, overloads, short circuits, cable failures and grounding faults.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring breakdowns.
• Restore equipment operation within targeted response time.
• Support emergency breakdown maintenance during production operations.

PLC & Industrial Automation

• Diagnose and troubleshoot PLC-controlled machinery.
• Support Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron, Allen Bradley, Delta and Schneider PLC systems.
• Maintain VFDs, soft starters, HMI and industrial automation equipment.
• Configure motor drives and automation control systems.
• Support automation improvement and digitalization projects.

Instrumentation & Control

• Perform calibration of field instruments according to schedule.
• Maintain pressure, temperature, flow, level and proximity sensors.
• Troubleshoot transmitters, actuators, positioners and electro-pneumatic control systems.
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of process control instrumentation.

Utility System Management

• Maintain electrical systems for boilers, air compressors, chillers, cooling towers, pumps, water treatment and wastewater treatment plants.
• Maintain diesel generators, UPS systems and emergency power systems.
• Support uninterrupted operation of all utility equipment.

Energy Management

• Monitor electricity consumption, power demand and power factor.
• Recommend and implement energy-saving initiatives.
• Support continuous improvement in energy efficiency and sustainability.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain electrical drawings, single line diagrams and maintenance reports.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly maintenance reports.
• Maintain calibration records, electrical asset registers and spare parts records.
• Ensure all maintenance documentation is complete and accurate.

Project Management

• Participate in new equipment installation, factory expansion and electrical upgrading projects.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and government authorities.
• Support commissioning and acceptance testing of new machinery.

Team Leadership

• Supervise Electrical Engineers and Technicians.
• Provide coaching and technical guidance.
• Promote teamwork, continuous improvement, 5S and Kaizen activities.

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in manufacturing, FMCG, food & beverage, brewery, pharmaceutical, cement or similar industrial environments.
• Experience in High Voltage (HV) and Low Voltage (LV) electrical systems.
• Proven experience in PLC-based production lines and industrial automation.
• Experience managing preventive maintenance programs and leading maintenance teams.
