Job Description

  • Support employee relation strategies and program that foster positive relationships and productive work environment.
  • Ensure employment laws and regulations, staying updated with changes and advising management on employee relations matters.
  • Provide guidance and support to Managers and employees on HR policies, procedures and employment practices.
  • Provide necessary support to make the resolution concerning the workplace related conflicts and promote effective communication on time.
  • Collaborate with management to address performance-related issues and develop appropriate corrective action plans.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify potential areas of concern and recommend improvements.
  • Support open and proactive communication by encouraging honest feedback from staff, and ensure their concerns are promptly addressed with management
  • Support to implement some engagement activities as per engagement plans
  • Partner with HR and legal teams to ensure consistent interpretation and application of HR policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with HR and management to develop and implement disciplinary procedures and processes.
  • Stay updated with industry’s best practices and employment laws, ensuring compliance and promoting a positive work culture.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee relations documentation and records.
  • Perform other duties assigned by Supervisor & HR Management.

Job Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in any field. Diploma in HR Management is preferred.
  • Proven experience in employee relation related funtion or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with employees and management at all levels.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with professionalism
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and hands-on experience with HR systems.
  • Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with changes in employment laws and industry best practices.
  • Able to travel across the country.
