Job Summary

Provide full administrative and secretarial support at a senior level to the Young Director to ensure the smooth management of his day-to-day affairs and the most effective use of his time. Handle sensitive and complex issues professionally and objectively. Take initiative as appropriate, especially in the Director’s absence.

Job Descriptions

  •  Board of Director’s office systems handling, including data management and filing.
  • Screen calls, inquiries, and requests, and deal with them when appropriate.
  • Assist the Director in researching and following up with action on matters that fall within the Director’s responsibility – chasing responses, triggering follow-up action.
  • Organize meetings and ensure that the Director is well prepared for those meetings, preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings, and meeting papers.
  • Any other duties as may reasonably be required by the Director.

Job Requirements

  • Age between 25–35 years.
  • High School graduate or above (Diploma or Bachelor's degree is an advantage).
  • Basic English communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook).
  • Quick thinker with the ability to respond promptly and effectively.
  • Eager to learn new skills and adapt to new responsibilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with the Executive Team, Board of Directors (BOD), and other stakeholders.
  • Well-organized, disciplined, and able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Previous experience in an accounting, finance, or administrative role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
  • Willing and able to travel occasionally when required.
  • Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • One day off per week.
