Job Summary
Facilities Assistant Supervisor supports the Facilities Manager in maintaining a safe, efficient, and well-kept dry port environment. The role oversees inspections, minor repairs, and contractor activities to ensure issues are resolved quickly and standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
● Conduct regular inspection walkthroughs to identify infrastructure wear, damage, and safety hazards.
● Record findings in the ticketing system, log defects accurately, and escalate urgent issues promptly.
● Lead, schedule, and supervise repair teams handling minor repairs and quick maintenance tasks.
● Monitor external contractors on-site to ensure quality workmanship, safety compliance, and timelines.
● Coordinate follow-up actions with the Facilities Manager to support smooth daily facilities operations.
● Help maintain a clean, safe, and functional work environment across the dry port facilities.

Job Requirements

● AGTI (Civil) Diploma or a related field.
● 1year Experience in facilities, maintenance or a similar operational support role.
● Ability to inspect issues carefully, document findings clearly, and track progress using ticket systems.
● Able to work in Yangon, Dagon Myothit (East), and manage duties in a logistics environment.
