Responsibilities
Consolidated Reporting: Oversee the structural compilation and timely report of all regulated monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, strictly adhering to IFRS standard
- Monthly and Quarterly: Internal close Audits, Cash Runway Review, Working Capital, and Operational CapEx
- Annual: Consolidated annual report, Financial Analysis, Shareholder meeting, Tax Strategy Audit and Next-Year Budget Plan
Asset Safeguarding: Design internal controls to counter inventory shrinkage procurement gaps and circles, and all the assets
Intercompany Tracking: Reconcile intercompany Loans, management fees, shared resource allocations to ensure structural transparency for tax
Tax Planning: Structure generational corporate equity transfers to minimize transfer tax liabilities
Risk hedging: Direct strategy around commodity price fluctuations and supply chain disruptions
Financial Focus: Long-term commodity hedging, fleet capital financing, working capital circles, Cash flow tracking, CapEx Allocation and project safety margins
Accounting Focus: Assets depreciation and amortization, inventory margins, point-of-sale (POS) data audits and revenue recognition
Regulatory Compliance: Enforce total operational alignment with corporate governance frameworks, guaranteeing the legal validity of all internal financial controls
Audit committee Governance: Mentor the independent Audit Committee on operational risk, corporate tax, findings on critical accounting estimates and legal exposure
Internal Control Audits: Establish, monitor internal control over financial reporting
Banking and Creditor Management: Secure credit facilities, asset-backed loans, and performance bonds needed for major commercial tenders
