  • Oversee daily operations of all departments: Production, Quality Control, Maintenance &      Engineering, R&D, Warehouse, Procurement and Admin & HR.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate departmental managers to achieve company objectives.
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and monitor financial performance.
  • Coordinate with senior management on production plans, product development, and market demand.  
  •  Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Food Technology, Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in food/snack production, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and supply chain management.
