  • Lead branch operations to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.

  • Manage administration, operational activities, and cross-functional coordination.

  • Develop, motivate, and lead a high-performing regional team.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is an advantage).

  • Minimum 7 years of professional experience, including 3+ years in a management role.

  • Proven experience in branch operations, administration, business development, or commercial management.

  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Well-established professional network and understanding of the Nay Pyi Taw business and government environment.

  • Experience in telecommunications, technology, ICT, or related industries is highly preferred.
