Position Summary 

The Manufacturing General Manager (GM) is responsible for the overall strategic direction, leadership, and operational management of the manufacturing facility. This role encompasses overseeing production, quality assurance, maintenance, supply chain, environmental health & safety, and continuous improvement initiatives. The GM is accountable for driving operational excellence, maximizing efficiency, achieving financial targets (P&L), and fostering a safe, high-performance work culture.

Job Description

• Direct and oversee all daily factory operations, ensuring production targets are met safely, efficiently, and within quality standards.
• Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for productivity, downtime, waste reduction, and output quality.
• Full P&L responsibility for the manufacturing plant.
• Drive cost-reduction initiatives and resource optimization to maximize profitability without compromising quality or safety.
• Implement process improvements to eliminate waste, lower manufacturing costs, and enhance production capacity.
• Maintain strict adherence to international quality management systems
• Collaborate with Procurement, Logistics, and Warehouse managers to ensure smooth raw material flow and timely delivery of finished goods.
• Monitor inventory levels (RAW, WIP, finished goods) to optimize working capital.
• Oversee manpower planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning within the factory structure.

• Any graduated.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Manufacturing management.(Home Care, Personal Care, Energy Drink, Jelly, Hardware)
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production systems, lean manufacturing, and quality control.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally.
