  • To ensure soliciting and attaining new customers and build a portfolio of Yuan-Kyat and Thai Bath-Kyat trade transactions through providing professional commercial banking and cross-border financial solutions
  • Must influence and facilitate working partners to refer cross border business opportunities for sustainable business growth
  • To work independently to explore and develop opportunities in the market
  • Must Achieve and contribute various individual business targets align with team performance
  • Cross-sell both foreign currency deposit, trade, treasury management, foreign exchange, private banking, and other services
  • Ensure to provide support and offer value added advice to internal partners regarding cross border transactions
  • Study and ensure to provide advice on relevant regulatory updates from bordering countries to associates department in banks and business partners
  • Consolidate customer feedback and the latest cross border market trend so as to assist in product development
  • Lead to build a network of business introducers in the local professional and business community
  • Responsible to increase profitability, relationship depth while minimizing risk
  • Liaise with regulators, auditors and compliance staff on latest regulatory, control and compliance requirements
  • Ensure exercising the controls to comply with internal and the regulator requirements

Job Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration

  • Minimum 7 years in remittance and with at least 5 years at senior level

  • Have experience in dealing with Corporate customers

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Highly self-motivated and able to work under pressure and independently

  • High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
