Job Purpose

To provide excel management of overall business of region and guidance to team members to meet targeted goals. P&L for Region Business, Leadership, to gain market share and revenue, Network stability and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic approach to develop the regional business, business continuity plan
  • Team security and reallocation, support and motivate team members.
  • Development & implementation of Customer interfacing, Marketing, Promotion plan for the Region.
  • Track profit and loss, budget allocation and approval.
  • Enable achievement of subscriber and revenue growth for the Region.
  • Coordination between Region and Central Team. Develop Region’s strategies and business plans in line with the overall business grow.
  • New site planning, Network availability tracking & working with network team for better uptime
  • Performance tracking and appraisal of direct team and provide inputs for shared support functions.
  • Overall distributor performance, turnover and ROI
  • Manage ATOM owned and operated touch points (COCO) as well as FOFO/SIS, retail business in Region to sell and up-sell ATOM products and to provide customer services to meet agreed service levels.
  • Development & implementation of Customer interfacing, Marketing, Marcom & Trade Promotion plan for the Region and compliance
  • Be accountable for special assignments relating to function as allocated by immediate superior level.
  • Execute and deliver MWBs (Must Win Battles) to meet company’s strategic goals.
  • Build strong foundation of channel development, expansion of the channel & service of the channel (E.g. Digital reach, POS present, HVTO, etc)
  • Oversee setting of given sales & distribution targets strategically based on competition landscape, business focus, specific goal, etc. as well as accountability of successful delivery of such targets.

Job Requirements

  • Must have the University degree/ Master/Diploma in marketing or business administration is a plus.
  • Minimum 10 years’ experiences in sales & marketing with 5 years of supervisor experience. 
  • Strategic business development plan, profit and loss management
  • Must be goal oriented, flexible, and creative. 
  • Ability to work under continuous pressure. 
  • Good knowledge of current marketing trends and ability to prepare marketing plan. 
  • Strong leadership, communication, sales, and presentation skills. 
  • Good working knowledge level of English (Reading, Writing, Speaking). 
  • Standard knowledge of MS Office Applications.
