Summary
Sea Lion is a leading provider of healthcare, biomedical, life science, educational and industrial solutions in Myanmar. We are looking for Head of Governance and Transformation to work with Chief Governance and Transformation Officer. The role requires to have strong technical skills, to embraces new ideas, take initiative, develop and implement the strategies, process and controls across the organization.
Job Descriptions
•    Work closely with executives and senior management team to develop, implement and enforce guidelines, policies and procedure relating to the corporate governance, statutory compliance and business requirements.
•    Deliver the growth initiatives of the organization by working with various teams across the organization 
•    Develops clear goals to drive results and empower the team to make decisions and able to manage the project.
•    Conducting the dynamic risk assessment of the organization 
•    Identifies and shares emerging trends for continuous improvement and monitoring 
•    Develop and implement best practices to improve efficiency, effectiveness and competitiveness 
•    Continuous monitoring for the effectiveness and efficiency of the organization
•    Provide training and coaching with changing processes, products, law and regulation etc.,
•    Other duties as assigned

Qualifications And Education Requirements
•    Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business required
•    Minimum 5 years of experience in Financial Services industry experience in the areas of risk management, compliance, financial analysis, or audit preferred
•    Big 4 / Professional Services / Consulting experience preferred
•    Related certifications: Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
