Job Description

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals in power generation and renewable energy sectors.
Act as a strategic partner to senior management on organizational development and workforce planning.
Lead HR transformation initiatives to support business expansion (e.g., Elecrtic projects, power plants).
Design and oversee recruitment strategies for technical (engineers, technicians) and non-technical roles.
Ensure timely hiring for project-based and operational workforce needs.
Build employer branding to attract skilled professionals in renewable energy.
Drive KPI-based performance culture across departments.
Support leadership in performance improvement plans.
Design competitive salary structures aligned with energy industry benchmarks.
Maintain positive employee relations across sites (project locations).
Address grievances, disciplinary issues, and conflict resolution.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety regulations, and environmental standards.
Develop HR policies and ensure implementation across all locations.

Job Requirements

Any Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resource, Business Administration, related field. MBA Preferred.
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the Group’s business objectives.
8–12 years of progressive HR experience and minimum 5 years in an HR managerial or leadership role.
Strong background in HR strategy, All HR Functions, Business set up, and organizational development, HR best practices and labor law.
Excellent leadership, people management, and Operational management skills.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multi-business operations and diverse workforce groups.
