Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

1. Recruitment & Hiring

Manage end-to-end recruitment process for all companies and branches
Identify manpower needs and coordinate with department heads
Screen, shortlist, and interview candidates
Ensure hiring of high-quality staff

2. Performance Management (KPI System)

Develop and implement KPI system for all roles
Monitor employee performance and provide reports
Work with managers to improve team performance

3. Employee Discipline & HR Policies

Establish and enforce company rules, policies, and SOP
Handle employee issues, complaints, and disciplinary actions
Maintain a professional and structured work environment

4. Training & Development

Identify training needs across departments
Organize training programs for staff development
Improve employee skills and productivity

5. Payroll & Attendance Management

Oversee attendance, leave, and payroll processes
Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies

6. HR System & Documentation

Maintain employee records and HR database
Develop HR policies, procedures, and documentation
Support implementation of HR systems and ERP integration

7. Organizational Development

Support management in building strong team structures
Improve company culture and employee engagement

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5–8 years of HR experience
  • Experience handling multi-branch or multi-company operations preferred
  • Strong experience in recruitment and performance management
  • Strong recruitment and interviewing skills
  • Knowledge of KPI and performance management systems
  • Good understanding of HR policies and labor laws
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in trading / retail / distribution companies
  • Familiar with HR systems or ERP
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) for communication,reporting, and documentation
