​Recruitment:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for showroom staff (Sales, Cashiers, Security) and office staff, including strict background checks and guarantor verification.

​Payroll & Benefits:

  • Process monthly payroll, tracking attendance, leaves, overtime (OT), and sales commission/bonuses.

​Employee Relations:

  • Maintain workplace discipline, handle staff grievances, and ensure compliance with Myanmar Labour Law.

Training:

  • Organize onboarding and training sessions for retail staff on customer service, grooming, and store policies.

​Performance Evaluation:

  • Conduct performance appraisals (KPIs) for probationers and permanent employees.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields (HR Diploma is a plus).
  • ​3 to 5 years of HR Management experience (Experience in Retail or Gold industry is highly preferred).
  • ​Strong knowledge of Myanmar Labour Law.
  • ​Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and HR Software.
  • ​Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • ​High integrity, honesty, and confidentiality (Mandatory for high-value retail business).
