Our Property Management Company, Vesta Property Management Company Limited is now looking for responsible candidates for the Property Officer – Housekeeping, to lead our team of Housekeeping supervisors, housekeepers and ensure we provide excellent customer experience.

Property Officer – Housekeeping responsibilities include organizing employee shits, training and motivating team members and checking private and public areas for tidiness.  To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of sanitation standards and team management abilities.

Ultimately, you will help ensure our daily housekeeping planned and unplanned operations run smoothly and that occupiers are satisfied.

Responsibilities

  • Training housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks
  • Overseeing staff performance on a daily basis
  • Check common areas, clubhouse, show flat, plant rooms, stairways, for cleanliness
  • Schedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absence.
  • Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards.
  • Motivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job.
  • Respond to customer complaints and special requests.
  • Monitor and replenish consumables stock.
  • Participle in events after cleaning and refuse collections
  • Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Skills and Qualifications

  • Work experience as a Property Officer in Housekeeping or similar role
  • Hand-on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks for façade, stone flooring, epoxy flooring, tiles floorings
  • Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment and products;
  • Excellent organizational and team management skills
  • Stamina to handle the physical demands of the job.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends;
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience for Grade-A residential, offices and luxury retail related property management;
  • Good communication and reporting skills in English and Burmese;
