An Exciting Opportunity for ...

1. Managing the HR team and overseeing the human resources function for BS Capital Myanmar Co., Ltd.

2. Lead and develop the human resources team ensuring they have the appropriate skills and behaviors to deliver agreed objectives.

3. Responsible for disciplinary, grievances, performance management, maternity and sickness.

4. Lead delivery of HR services such as recruitment/retention.

5. Preparing and creating a comprehensive human resources plan for the business.

6. Manage SSB and BOD Resolution, Form 6/26 applying or other administration case.

7. Salary calculation, income tax arrange and fixed asset arrange.

Job Requirements

1. Graduated with any degree and skill of human resources management.

2. Good through knowledge of Employment Law.

3. Five Year experience in Relative HR and Admin field.

4. More preferable to the person who get the experience in financial field and manufacturing field.

5. Age between 35 to 38 years old.
