Reports To: Managing Director / Executive Director

The HR & Admin Manager is responsible for overseeing all Human Resources and Administration functions across the Group of Companies. This role ensures effective people management, administrative efficiency, and alignment of HR strategies with overall business objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities

HR Management

  • Develop and implement group-level HR strategies aligned with business goals
  • Lead and manage recruitment and selection processes
  • Oversee and manage the Performance Management System (PMS)
  • Design and review compensation and benefits structures
  • Plan and execute training and development programs
  • Strengthen employee relations and engagement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices

Administration Management

  • Oversee daily administration operations across group offices
  • Manage facilities including offices, warehouses, and branches
  • Supervise vendor and supplier relationships
  • Develop and update company policies and procedures
  • Manage company assets and ensure proper office maintenance

Group Coordination

  • Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies across subsidiaries
  • Support branches and business units in resolving HR & Admin issues
  • Prepare group-wide HR reports and conduct data analysis

Leadership & Management

  • Lead, coach, and mentor the HR & Admin team
  • Manage departmental budgets effectively
  • Collaborate with senior management on strategic HR initiatives

Job Requirements

    Key Requirements

    Education & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR & Administration
    • Proven experience at Manager or Group level

    Skills & Competencies

    • Strong leadership and people management skills
    • Strategic thinking and decision-making ability
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

    Technical Skills

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel preferred)
    • Experience with HR software or ERP systems

    Other Requirements

    • Strong multitasking and time management abilities
    • Ability to work effectively under pressure
    • High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
