Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Develop and oversee the recruitment process.
Annually review the Personnel Handbook & Employment Contract (EC) recommending amendments needed due to changes in labor laws.
Monitor compensation and ensure internal equity & compliance and benefits are met.
Coordinate with Finance Manager in the preparation of monthly Payroll.
Undertake employee training and development and make recommendations. Oversee the coordination and implementation of annual performance reviews.
Coach, counsel, and discipline employees. Giving helpful and engaging presentations.
Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
Maintenance & repair, Fuel management, Driver management, Ferry & Site way management, Insurance management.
Monitoring & maintaining company’s physical assets and equipment.
Office Management, Event planning, Travel & Hotel management, budget management and Management’s Form ‘C”, FRC and Stay Visa documentation management.
Developing and executing CSR programs, as well as conducting periodic program reviews to assess outcomes and effectiveness.

Job Requirements

Any bachelor’s degree(or) MBA (or) HRM, HRD, BMA Diploma.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, internet and email.
Proven 5 years working experience as a HR & Admin Manager.
Must be depth knowledge in Government labor laws.
Excellent active listening and presentation skills. Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
Strong negotiation skills and constructive approach. Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.
Strong communication skills and employee relationship skill.
Self-motivated and able to work under own autonomy or as part of a team.
Good English skills oral and written.
