As we expand, we are looking for an experienced HR Manager to build strong people practices, support our leaders, and help shape the future of our workforce.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition across all units.
✅ Design and implement employee engagement programs to improve satisfaction & retention.
✅ Oversee training and career development initiatives.
✅ Manage payroll, leave, and employee records in compliance with Myanmar labor law.
✅ Drive the performance review process and coach managers on people leadership.
✅ Align HR strategies with company growth and culture-building goals.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. (Master’s preferred)

• At least 5 years’ HR experience, with 2+ years in a management role.

• Solid knowledge of Myanmar labor law and HR best practices.

• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to build trust across the organization.

• Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented.
