Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and resolve workplace conflicts fairly and efficiently.
  • Oversee performance review programs and support management in goal setting and feedback
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and leave programs.
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintain HR records, reports, and data confidentiality.
  • Design and deliver training programs that support employee development.
  • Support organizational change initiatives and employee engagement strategies.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to senior leadership.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in an HR generalist or HR manager role.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality.

 

Preferred Skills:

  • HR certification
  • Experience in organizational development or change management.
  • Familiarity with diversity, equity, and inclusion practices.
