Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support business growth.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR information systems.
Administer compensation and benefits, including attendance, leave, overtime, allowances, and employee welfare programs.
Prepare HR reports and ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and HR documentation.
Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement of HR operations.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience, preferably in the FMCG or Distribution industry.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in HR functions.
Solid knowledge of recruitment, compensation & benefits, and HR administration.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
