A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and personnel files.
  • Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying attendance and leave records.
  • Assist in organizing training programs, employee engagement activities, and events.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles preferred (fresh graduates may be considered).
  • Knowledge of basic HR functions, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with HR software is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
