Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented fresh graduate to join our Human Resources team as an HR Assistant. This role is ideal for candidates who are interested in building a career in HR and gaining hands-on experience in recruitment, employee administration, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job advertisements and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Support onboarding and orientation activities for new employees.
  • Prepare HR-related documents, letters, and reports.
  • Assist with attendance tracking and leave administration.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Support employee engagement activities and company events.
  • Ensure confidentiality of employee information.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the HR team.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
