Employee Relations

  • Act as a strategic Human Resources Business Partner and foster alignment between HR service delivery, company processes and strategic goals.
  • Monitor and support functional HOD and functional managers on organizational structure, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, conflict resolution and escalate people-related compliance issues as needed.
  • Support onboarding, training, career development, succession planning processes and offboarding.
  • Partner with recruitment teams to ensure timely hiring of top talent that aligns with business needs and compliance standards.
  • Prepare regular reports to Department Head on HR activities, challenges, and suggest recommendations.
  • Ensure effective communication and alignment of HR policies, processes, and updates across respective departments.
  • Provide insights into workforce trends and make informed decisions.
  • Ensure adherence to local labor laws and banking industry regulations.
  • Perform other ad-hoc HR tasks as assigned by the Head of People & Culture.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s is an advantage).
  • Have 5+ years of HR experience, preferably as an HRBP or similar role in a banking or financial services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, employee relations, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
