  • Handle the full recruitment process from job posting to hiring.
  • Post job advertisements on recruitment platforms and social media.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Prepare and issue offer letters and employment contracts.
  • Maintain recruitment records and candidate database.
  • Prepare onboarding documents and employee files.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments for new employee onboarding preparation
  • Monitor probation period follow-up and confirmation process.
  • Handle employee resignation and off boarding procedures.
  • Conduct exit interviews and collect feedback.
  • Coordinate with related departments for clearance process.
  • Prepare exit documentation and employee records update.
  • Ensure proper handover and knowledge transfer before employee departure.
  • Maintain employee database and HR documentation.
  • Ensure HR records are updated and organized.
  • Support HR Manager in daily HR operations

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Diploma in Human Resources Management
  • 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in recruitment and HR operations.
  • Good knowledge of recruitment processes, onboarding, and employee exit procedures.
  • Familiar with HR policies, labor regulations, and HR documentation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR systems is an advantage.
