  • Communicates with candidates and overseas person-in-charge regarding job opportunities and recruitment processes.
  • Sources and recruits suitable candidates based on available overseas job offers and employer requirements.
  • Arranges and coordinates interviews between candidates and person-in-charge.
  • Conducts candidate screening, document checking, and profile assessments before submission.
  • Provides training and guidance to candidates on interview preparation, workplace expectations, and overseas employment procedures.
